Hubvantage
What is Hubvantage?
Hubvantage is a personalized support program for HealthTech startup founders, with all year round activities specifically designed to help HealthTech startup founders get the support they need to move to the next level. The number of places is limited to 12 startup founders.
Hubvantage started in 2022 as a pilot program for a number of selected startup founders in partnership with HIVE, Freshblood HealthTech and Activize, with the support of EIT Health, with the intention to expand the program to other Eastern European countries in the future.

Who should apply?
Startup founders with a minimum 1 year experience
Focus on MedTech or Digital Health
Have a team of at least two people
HOW IT WORKS?
1. Apply
Apply before 20 May 2023. Sign up by completing the online application.
2. Selection
Your application will be evaluated. It’s important that you meet the entry criteria.
3. Start the program
If selected you will participate in the program and get all the personalized support you need.
4. End of program
Founders will get the opportunity to talk about lessons learned and decide next steps.
Agenda
The selected founders will start the needs assessment process leading to identifying the immediate need to be addressed.
Throughout the program, founders will have access to experienced mentors both from Romania and from the EIT Health Mentoring and Coaching Network, who will guide them in achieving the set goals. Founders will have 10 one-on-one healthcare & technical mentoring sessions.
We will have a special section in “Viata Medicala” – “Startup of the week”.
